Working closely with Principals, Project Architects, Engineers, and Consultants, you will lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and day-to-day client communication across a fast-paced, multi-site program. Working in Seattle, you will also navigate the City of Seattle’s permitting processes, Seattle Municipal Code, Washington State Building Code, and SDCI requirements as they apply to food and beverage and retail project types.
