Provide technical support, facility assessments, infrastructure evaluations, and engineering guidance to other properties and Facilities leaders across the portfolio; use KPIs, maintenance trends, customer feedback, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision making to improve reliability, service, energy performance, and work processes. Strong experience with commercial/campus-scale HVAC, central plant, electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation/controls, preventive maintenance, asset management, reliability, technical project review, commissioning/turnover, service providers, and operating/capital budgets.
