The Project Manager serves as the University's owner's representative on construction, renovation, and capital renewal projects - responsible for delivering projects on scope, on schedule, and within budget while protecting the University's interests in its dealings with architects, contractors, and vendors. Use project management, scheduling, and reporting software, and available automation and artificial intelligence tools, to manage schedules, track costs, maintain documentation, and produce reporting more efficiently than manual methods allow.
