Knowledge and experience with Fiserv/FIS CORE products (e.g., DNA, Zelle, Prologue), automation software (e.g., Automic), lending support applications (Open/Close and Meridian Link), enterprise applications (e.g., Service Now, OnBase, Akcelerant, Lumin Digital), and ATM support. Understanding of, and expertise in the tasks related to, administering infrastructure technology, including operating systems, application servers and databases, flowchart software (e.g., Microsoft Visio), and office suite software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
