The Senior MDC Architect will work closely with customers, OEMs, cloud providers, ISVs, open-source communities, and AMD engineering teams to design scalable, high-performance modern data center solutions that maximize the capabilities of AMD EPYC, Instinct, Pensando, and future AMD platforms, translating customer requirements into technical architectures and influencing product direction. This role requires deep expertise in modern data center infrastructure, MDC 1PP (First Party Properties), SaaS offerings, cloud and hyperscale architectures, workload optimization, and end-to-end solution design across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and AI-enabled environments, SW optimization experience required for differentiated performance uplift on specific architectures.
