The candidate should be comfortable independently owning the day-to-day operational and business-support workflow for the Appliation they will be supporting, including user support, incidents, functional requirements, KTBR coordination, testing/UAT, and release communication, while the Product Manager retains ownership of product direction, prioritization, strategic requirements, and cross-functional alignment. Average: The ideal resume will demonstrate strong technical product/program management experience, end-to-end software development lifecycle knowledge, Azure DevOps exposure, and experience with business requirements, functional requirements, product/program delivery, testing/UAT, production support, and incident management.
