Own and administer JIRA boards for all project activities — creating epics, user stories, tasks, and subtasks; managing backlogs; configuring workflows, dashboards, and custom fields to fit SAP project needs. · Lead end-to-end management of SAP projects (implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support enhancements) including S/4HANA migrations, module deployments (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.), and integration initiatives.
