Responsibilities include leading projects through all phases including programming, planning, design, bidding, pre-construction, construction, occupancy, and closeout, and effectively overseeing budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery of all assigned capital projects. JOB OVERVIEW: The Senior Design and Construction Manager is responsible for the development, management, and execution of capital construction projects across hospital, outpatient, and non-patient care environments in accordance with VMC strategic initiatives.
