Key Responsibilities: Provides direct supervision and leadership to the Property Management Department, maintenance, security, grounds operations including site utilities, trades, energy management system, corrective and preventative maintenance programs, related emergencies, and safety systems. Incumbent should be able to apply practical knowledge and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess verbal and written communication ability, basic math skills, strong customer service skills, and always be available.
