Operational Governance and Reporting Cadence Own daily and weekly IT operational governance, including service performance, project delivery, budgetstatus, open risks, pending decisions, supplier follow-up, and cross-functional coordination. The role owns key platforms including ERP, CRM, QMS, PLM, field service, integrations, and infrastructure, and serves as Kestra IT’s primary relationship owner for strategic ITSM and managed services suppliers.
