The position serves as a liaison among end users, corporate IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to help ensure reliable operation of technology services, end-user computing, telecommunications, mobile devices, physical security systems, and local infrastructure. Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, mobile devices, tablets, conference room technologies, Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, and related business systems.
