As our Behavior Health Manager 1, you will oversee the operations of a co-occurring disorders (COD) treatment program in our minimum custody facility including program implementation, development of policy and procedures, program management, staff meetings, individual and group supervisory sessions, ongoing staff training, multidisciplinary teamwork, and delivery of treatment services. In addition, you will evaluate the quality of program and treatment services, maintain integrity of departmental clinical practices, maintain compliance with statutes, rules and regulations, develop work procedures, establish work schedules, monitor work performance, and track program data.
