Expected work includes, but not limited to: unclog toilets; perform graffiti removal of building exterior (windows, walls or other surfaces); Light Fixture maintenance work (through changing of ballast; replace spent lamps/lights); provide team support by working in conjunction with skilled trades personnel - assist where necessary through guidance; move office furniture (move office furniture from one suite to another; assemble modular furniture, partitions, or other small furnishing; or move furniture for disposal in support of Recycling); install and support ergonomics; provide assistance by raising or lowering desks; perform steward service to campus with clean-up jobs (remove trash or garbage left on sidewalks in/around campus buildings; removehomeless encampments whichmay include humanwaste/feces, wet or excessive garbage or through coordination with EH&S on other items (needles, fresh blood, or medical waste); remove waste and water, mopping restrooms due to leaks or other plumbing issues causing emergency assistance of trades; clean areas through pressure washing of exterior building, windows, or sidewalks); change filters in air handlers; provide assistance to team of engineers, plumbers, painters, electricians, administrative, custodial, recycling, along with other work, as assigned and deemed.
