Unit PT**Mainly working skilled nursing facility (Bruceville), but will also be trained to float to Methodist, the inpatient acute care hospital (same parking lot)** ******OK with a new grad with 6 months experience, as long as that experience is in either acute care or skilled nursing; preferably skilled nursing experience***** # patients treated per day: 8-9 (post acute) Certs CA PT license, and AHA BLS EMR Cerner Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA No Weekend Requirement No Holidays Possibly Scrub Color/Uniform burgundy Outpatient and Inpatient? & 1 w/in 3 years worked Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued ID - no middle initial or middle name Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.
