The team works across APIs, developer platforms, tooling, onboarding, and integration experiences , partnering closely with engineering, product, business teams, and external developers to improve platform adoption, reliability, and developer experience. The role provides hands-on technical guidance across onboarding, architecture, troubleshooting, and optimization while identifying systemic integration gaps and partnering with engineering and product teams to improve APIs, developer tooling, automation, and the overall developer experience .
