Lead cross-functional operational excellence initiatives by partnering with business teams, stakeholders, and IT to assess current processes, identify gaps, and define improvement opportunities that increase productivity, reduce cost, improve quality, and deliver measurable KPIs. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize high-impact initiatives, define success metrics, and drive sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
