Monitor and support ongoing CRM and data feed activity to help ensure systems are running accurately and efficientlyInvestigate data issues, identify root causes, and help resolve problems impacting end usersMaintain database reliability through validation efforts, backups, and general system oversightAssist with system updates, environment refreshes, and production support activitiesWrite and run ad hoc queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and project-related needsSupport data imports, exports, and integrations across business systemsContribute to project work from early planning through implementation and post-launch supportPrepare and maintain documentation such as process flows, release notes, and technical reference materialsPartner with development teams during testing cycles, bug tracking, and issue resolutionHelp coordinate user acceptance testing and support sign-off activitiesWork closely with IT and business stakeholders to support operational and project-based needsProvide occasional support across broader technical operations as needed. At least 2 years of experience working with business systems, databases, or application supportExperience supporting database-driven environments and resolving data-related issuesHands-on experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or OracleFamiliarity with CRM and/or ERP platforms and data movement processesExposure to tools such as SSIS is a plusStrong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues and think through solutionsAbility to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work with a high level of accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical information clearlyComfortable working independently while also collaborating across teamsPrior experience in insurance or another regulated environment is a plus.
