This role runs the business end to end: revenue growth, gross margin, labor, cost of goods sold (COGS), overhead, production scheduling, and performance management across Project Managers, Construction Managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews. Drive performance management by setting KPIs for Project Managers, Construction Managers, and crews, conducting regular reviews, and holding teams accountable to financial, production, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
