n 5 years of experience in stationary engineering and HVAC services, encompassing the operation and maintenance of boilers, centrifugal chillers (over 250 tons), Building Automation Systems, air handling units, unit ventilators, fan coil units, exhaust and return fans, heating and cooling coils, pumps and valves for cooling and heating, cooling towers, and heat exchange units.\n 1-2 Years' experience supervising HVAC maintenance employees is preferred.\n Supports the Lead Stationary Engineer(Chief Engineer).\n \nThis is a Support Staff Union position as stated in the Support Staff collective bargaining agreement, Grade Level G.\n \nSpecific Duties and Responsibilities\n\n Under the direction of the Engineering Foreman, supervise the activities of stationary engineers and HVAC technicians in the maintenance and operation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and related equipment across two campuses.\n
