Participate, coordinate, and analyze valuation and due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions between internal decision makers and other internal resources, management and other key personnel of the company being acquired, and third party resources, including, but not limited to outside counsel, accounting firms, and brokers for both parties. Help craft strategic rationale, create geographic market maps, and perform site visits as necessary, to provide internal investment committee with clear and detailed presentation materials to assist in LOI preparation for groups in the pipeline.
