Responsibilities: End-to-End Implementation Management: On behalf of Operations team, lead the full-cycle deployment of Labor management system across new and/or existing facilities, including project administration, conditions for success assessments, contribute to training, support WPM technical configuration, and performance management culture change leadership. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level understanding of WMS data structures, time and motion models, time study tools (Laubrass, Quetech), database mapping, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Python, or SQL).
