The position partners with clinical leadership teams, Organizational & Talent Development Program Manager, Learning Experience Designer, quality, and subject matters experts to align medical education initiatives with strategic goals and regulatory requirements and ensures education is accurate, role-specific, patient-centered and health literate. Partner with education committee members and subject matter experts to develop, revise, and maintain annual education modules, presentations, quizzes, and competency materials and prioritize, track and complete education updates.
