Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, statistics, education, or a related field; AND seven (7) years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or data systems management, including demonstrated experience using SQL or another database query language, developing dashboards or visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, working with K-12 student information systems and large relational datasets, automating reporting processes, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; OR Master's degree in data analytics, information systems, statistics, education, or a related field; AND five (5) years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or data systems management, including demonstrated experience using SQL or another database query language, developing dashboards or visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, working with K-12 student information systems and large relational datasets, automating reporting processes, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as determined by Human Resources. The Data Systems and Reporting Analyst supports district decision-making by developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate and timely student-level data, reports, and visualizations that address both operational and instructional needs.
