Overview: The Ophthalmic Procedure Technician is responsible for assisting and supporting various functions of a clinic operation that includes prepping, logging and drawing up medications for clinic procedures, educating patients and obtaining their consents for treatment, supporting the physician during a procedure, and ensuring that relevant documentation is completed and all dispensed medication are reconciled in various systems and EHR.
