SKILLS (position requirements at entry): Performing skilled and journey level maintenance activities related to golf equipment; Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing golf equipment; Using hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment and instruments; Operating golf equipment and vehicles maintained; Inventorying and ordering materials and supplies; Applying customer service techniques; Establishing and maintaining effective interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels and with the public; and. Performs maintenance and repairs on mowers, equipment, small tools, and golf carts; sharpens reels, maintains bed-knife to reel gaps, adjust mower heights, changes oils, filters, sparkplugs, greases fittings, monitors tire pressure.
