This is a hands-on position that requires regular movement and physical activity, including walking, standing, climbing ladders, kneeling, crouching, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and working in high places. For advanced-level assignments: 3+ years of maintenance experience, experience directing others, and experience with preventive maintenance, vendors, unit turnovers, or building systems is preferred.
