• Discounts on programs, employee assistance programs, and company-sponsored events.</p><p>Scope and Responsibility:</p><p>Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged.</p><p>Answer phones and email inquiries.</p><p>Actively manage customer transactions.</p><p>Support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times.</p><p>Anticipate individuals needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience.</p><p>Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed.</p><p>Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently.</p><p>Conduct hub tours responsive to the needs of prospective customers; sell memberships.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>At least 18 years of age.</p><p>Earned high school diploma or GED.</p><p>Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed.</p><p>Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.</p><p>Child Abuse Prevention:</p><p>Supports the YMCA's commitment to child abuse prevention by:</p><p>Reporting any items that may provide a health or safety hazard to staff, members, or guests to your supervisor.</p><p>Following all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe in our facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of children.</p><p>Reporting any suspicious behavior and violation of policy and procedures to your supervisor.</p><p>Completing all child abuse prevention training as required.</p>
