This position is responsible for providing our guests with exceptional customer service.As a Part-Time Team Member, you will enjoy sweet perks like FREE admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food & shopping, and more as soon as you receive your Employee ID!Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):<ul><li>Greeting and directing guests and providing information concerning area events and attractions</li><li>Coordinating VIP arrivals, transportation requests, welcome letters, messages, and guest room amenities</li><li>Coordinating reservations, tours, and flower deliveries; assisting bell persons with luggage storage</li><li>Handling special projects as assigned</li><li>Performing other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</li><li>Minimum of (1) one year of guest service experience required, preferably in a front desk or hotel operations</li><li>Must have a valid driver’s license</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>Proven employee/guest relations, communication, problem solving, and organization skills.</li><li>Keyboarding skills and PC familiarity.</li><li>Proven guest relations, problem solving and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work with computerized front office systems, file, computer figures, and handle cash with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.</li><li>Must present a professional image representative of the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts mission and core values.
