At least one year of experience as an assistant visual merchandiser or a similar role in furniture retail; Knowledge of furniture products, styles, and materials; Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Ability to carry, move, and arrange heavy furniture with or without assistance; A degree or diploma in visual merchandising, interior design, or a related field a plus. Assist the Visual Manager with executing display themes, color schemes, and layouts for vignettes throughout the showroom floor; Ensure accessories, pictures, rugs, etc. are safely displayed, report any concerns to the Visual Manager; Run reports for incoming and outgoing furniture and accessories; Arrange, accessories, lighting, and other materials for displays.
