As a Resort Medical Concierge Registered Nurse you will be dedicated to the provision of concierge level medical care, hospitality and customer service to specific individual clients or specific locations for members, staff, and guests.

As a Resort Medical Concierge Registered Nurse you will be dedicated to the provision of concierge level medical care, hospitality and customer service to specific individual clients or specific locations for members, staff, and guests. This position will provide quality and excellence in the delivery of emergency and preventative medical care services to patients. This role is critical in setting and exceeding delivery and service expectations for clients and team members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li> Provides preventative, therapeutic and emergency medical care to assigned clients, members, staff and guests. </li><li> Coordinates medical referrals and consultations with local and remote physicians, including telemedicine consultations. </li><li> Maintains all supplies, medical equipment and emergency response vehicles according to manufacturer's recommendations and company procedures. </li><li> Maintains inventory of all medical supplies and equipment on the property. Requests medications and supplies for restock through the correct channels. </li><li> Maintains electronic medical records system and reporting of all patient encounters. </li><li> Assists with developing or maintaining policies and procedures for all clinical operations including telemedicine capabilities and medical evacuations. </li><li> Completes monthly consolidated reports for clinical services provided as requested. </li><li> Generates and maintains accurate billing records for services rendered as requested. </li><li> Performs cleaning, care and disinfection of the clinic and work area. </li><li> Ensures the area is safe by conducting inspections to ensure first aid kits are up to date, safety procedures are being followed, hazards are addressed, and incidents are reported </li><li> Develops and presents training programs for staff and clients as requested. </li><li> In home concierge medical and emergency response services may be required / requested. </li><li> Performs all other duties as reasonably assigned. </li></ul> Education and Experience Requirements: <ul><li> High school diploma or the equivalent is required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an applicable field is required. </li><li> Applicable State or local government health system Registered Nursing License is required, Nationally and International credentialing is preferred. </li><li> BLS, PALS, ACLS provider certifications are required, instructor certifications preferred. </li><li> Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Emergency room or acute care clinic setting is required, and 5 years of ICU or critical care experience is strongly preferred. </li><li> Preferred credentials include - AMLS, PHTLS, PEPP or EPC, and TNCC. </li><li> Experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals is preferred. </li></ul> Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: <ul><li> Knowledge and proficiency in working in a clinical environment. </li><li> Customer Service - able to personally provide a high level of interactive service to targeted customer base/market, building relationships and acting as internal company advocate. </li><li> Team Orientation & Interpersonal - highly motivated, passionate, and creative team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization. </li><li> Communication - able to effectively and persuasively express self verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner. </li><li> Organization & Time Management - able to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling and organizing a professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. </li><li> Systems & Software - proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications. </li></ul> Information Security Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
