The successful candidate will assess foreign C4ISR systems, architectures, networks, sensors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs); evaluate early warning and ISR capabilities; monitor acquisition and modernization trends; and assess their implications for U.S. military operations, tactics, systems, and capabilities. Conduct all-source analytic production on the C4ISR capabilities of foreign naval air, surface, undersea warfare, and naval infantry/amphibious/expeditionary forces , including associated exercises, tactics, platforms, sensors, weapons, strategy, doctrine, and readiness.
