Reporting to the Vice President of Operations or Business Unit Leader, the Director, Program Management will lead strategic customer programs across SMT, PCBA, Box Build, Automotive, Cloud, and enterprise product portfolios from quotation through New Product Introduction (NPI), ramp, and mass production. The Director, Program Management will drive commercial strategy, customer engagement, program execution, financial performance, and cross-functional alignment while maintaining full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, delivery performance, quality, and customer relationships.
