Here's what you'll do and how success is measured:Field Leadership & Supervision: Direct a small crew (operators and laborers), assign daily tasks, and ensure timely progress on various jobs and finishing work (e.g., backfilling, laying subsurface sewer and drainage, dressing up sites, painting manhole lids, picking up trash).Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate machinery like excavators, dozers, tractors, skid steers, and curb machines (preferred) to assist with grading, laying subsurface sewer and drainage, concrete work, and site prep; maintain equipment in good working order.
