You will be reporting to the General Manager, duties will include: Customer Service, filing, reception, answering busy multi-line phones, correspondence, preparing presentations, and some accounting experience helpful. You will be responsible for all levels of customer service, including greeting customers, speaking with customers, clients and industry professional over the phone, following up with our customers and clients on their satisfaction and warranties.
