Provides necessary building maintenance construction services to maintain the hospital's building and when necessary to repair, renovate and construct the hospital's physical plant and its content to provide a livable and workable environment for employees, patients, and the community served. Responsible for performing all types of general carpentry work, including, but not limited to, sheetrock work, framing, spackling/taping, suspended ceilings, masonry, flooring, roofing, cabinetry, door hardware and locksmithing.
