Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:
<div><ul><li>Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.</li><li>Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.</li><li>Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.</li><li>Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.</li><li>Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.</li><li>Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.</li><li>Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.</li></ul></div>

What Sets You Apart:
<div><ul><li>Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.</li><li>Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.</li><li>Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM’s values on every job.</li><li>Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, “Go-Getter” attitude.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!</li><li>Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.</li></ul></div>
