Working Conditions: • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50-90 pounds continuously throughout the workday,• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, squat, and twist, throughout the workday for extended time,• Ability to work on uneven, unstable, or slippery ground and surfaces,• The ability to stand for extended periods of time and the constant use of hands and arms,• This job requires the ability to see, whether naturally or with vision correction tools (e.g., glasses, contact lenses),• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain and snow,• Exposure to hot materials, fuel, fumes, vapors, dust, grease and oils, as well as loud and/or constant noise moving equipment and vibration. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in preparing job sites, including setting up safety barricades, cones, and signage, and erecting and bracing forms and scaffolding,• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites,• Assist in mixing cement, mortar, and other materials to the proper consistency and specifications,• Assist in pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete for sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveways, and roadways,• Learn to safely operate hand and power tools, including trowels, floats, edgers, screeds, power trowels, and saws,• Assist in finishing concrete surfaces to specified textures, grades, and tolerances.•
