In this role, you will work directly with field employees, Forepersons, General Forepersons, Superintendents, operational leaders, and the Health & Safety Team to strengthen safe work practices, identify and control hazards, support regulatory compliance, and help our teams continuously improve. You will spend significant time visiting crews and active job sites, coaching employees and leaders, supporting training and incident investigations, and helping translate complex safety requirements into practical field application.
