Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Senior Estimators are responsible for the development and delivery of complete construction estimates for a variety of projects in public works and heavy civil construction.
- Superintendents will work with project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foreman, Field Personnel, and other office departments to deliver successful projects to owners on time and on budget with the desired level of quality.
- Their duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.
