Perform clerical functions, including but not limited to: patient registration, appointment check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, verifying insurance, updating PCP, applying sliding fee as appropriate, answering the telephone, relaying messages, assisting Practitioner with completing medical forms, and scan documents into the patient's EMR. The RN will fulfill patient care responsibilities as assigned which may include and are not limited to: reviewing patient resource schedules and organizing patient flow; accompanying patients to exam/procedure room, assisting patients as needed with walking, transferring, and dressing, administering medication, treatment and/or vaccines.
