WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Under the direct supervision of the Plant Supervisor and the department Superintendent, this position supports the Work-In-Place of block production, which includes splitting, cutting, grinding, tumbling and in all areas of the yard; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Plant environment with moderate to loud noise, moving and vibrating machinery, dusty, dirty, fumes and/or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, hot and cold (non-weather) conditions.
