Working in partnership with HR and business leaders, the Platform Manager is responsible for maximizing the organization''s investment in Oracle HCM by driving adoption of new capabilities, including AI and emerging technologies, maintaining high-quality enterprise employee data, and ensuring the platform supports business objectives through exceptional service, strong governance, innovation, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the IT Director, this role provides leadership for strategy, governance, operational excellence, and continuous evolution of the platform to ensure it delivers a secure, reliable, and engaging experience for employees, managers, and Human Resources.
