Install, maintain and repair hardware and equipment including but not limited to: a) panic devices, b) door closures, c) lockers, d) folding doors, e) millwork, f) overhead doors, g) toilet partitions, h) ceiling systems, i) metal and wood doors, j) decks and skirting. Physical Demands: Frequent: Sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs and/or ramps, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive hand motions, hearing, speaking clearly, visual acuity, distinguishing colors, driving, traveling.
