Coordinate and participate in quarterly campus reviews with senior leadership and key stakeholders (e.g., operations, EHS, engineering, and corporate real estate) to evaluate facility performance holistically, with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and operational continuity. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports providing a comprehensive overview of facility conditions, critical asset performance, vendor/service provider effectiveness, and key operational metrics, including budget tracking and project delivery status.
