Applications from candidates whose backgrounds are limited to state, county, municipal, military, private-security, rideshare, taxi, limousine, or general chauffeur driving will not be considered unless they also possess the required federal law enforcement driving experience. Experience in protective driving, dignitary transportation, secure transportation, motorcade operations, surveillance driving, operational driving, or another comparable federal law enforcement driving assignment is strongly preferred.
