This will include the preparation of stormwater management plans involving hydraulic and hydrologic modeling analyses, hydrogeology, preparation of design concepts, assessment of climatic data, flood assessments, floodplain mapping and modeling, flood mitigation designs, natural channel design, environmental compliance and regulatory permitting. Working knowledge of the rules and regulations implemented by state and federal regulatory agencies, such as: Florida Department of Emergency Protection (FDEP), South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), is desired.
