Leading legal operations initiatives, including contract lifecycle management, matter management, outside counsel guidelines, budgeting/spend tracking, and legal technology tools (e.g., CLM, e-billing, workflow automation) . You will work with cross-functional business units to assess their needs in alignment with Xometry's compliance requirements, in some cases owning the programs, drafting policies, educational training, and enforcement protocols to be used by the organization supporting a culture of compliance.
