Fire: inspect all elements of any structure dealing with means of emergency egress such as corridors, entry and exit paths including doors and windows, stairs, elevators, and other life safety related elements that are part of the structure; fire notification systems such as fire alarms, smoke and/or heat detectors including duct detectors; fire suppression systems including dry and wet suppression systems; ventilation systems including smoke and fume evacuation systems. Electrical: inspect all electrical distribution systems, sub panels, power feeds, circuits, raceways, wiring, grounding, switches, outlets and devices; all electrical appliances, fixtures and equipment including connections; temporary power; communications systems including fire alarm, intercom, telephone and data.
