The Superintendent serves as the primary field leader, coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and project resources while maintaining strong relationships with customers, owners, engineers, and project stakeholders. Experience with earthwork, grading, utilities, excavation, asphalt paving, site development, roadway construction, or infrastructure projects required.
