The ideal candidate brings a strong industrial construction background—preferably with millwright, ironworker, or heavy industrial experience—and understands how equipment installation, structural steel, concrete, piping, electrical, and other critical scopes come together in complex operating environments. This is a relationship-driven, hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how work is built in active process facilities and can confidently coordinate field employees, trade partners, subcontractors, and customers.
